2 · Products & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately; actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
  • Edition 01 is a limited release produced in small quantities. Availability is not guaranteed and stock is fulfilled in order of purchase.
  • We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to modify or discontinue any product without notice.

3 · Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. In the event we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

4 · Preorders

  • Preorder items are charged at the time of order and dispatched within the stated production window ([TO CONFIRM] weeks).
  • Founder preorder pricing, where offered, applies only to the specified launch window and is not repeated.

5 · Payment

Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details. By paying, you confirm that the payment information provided is your own and valid.

6 · Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the PELAGUS name, logo, product designs, imagery, and text — is the property of Shyam Sizers Private Limited and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

7 · Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pelagus shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

8 · Governing Law
